George Burke

President

George Burke is President of Janitech, Inc., a leading provider of contract janitorial services throughout New England. After earning his degree in Business Administration, George began his career at Janitech as an Area Manager, where he gained hands-on experience supporting clients with everything from coordinating emergency services to managing staffing, payroll, and supply logistics. Over the next decade, he successfully managed a service area before stepping into a leadership role overseeing all Area Managers, with a focus on strengthening client relationships and elevating customer service standards across the organization.

Fifteen years ago, George was promoted to President and has since led the company alongside an experienced operations team whose combined industry expertise exceeds 105 years. Under his leadership, Janitech continues to grow by embracing modern technologies and best practices while remaining deeply committed to delivering exceptional value to both customers and employees.

George is especially passionate about meeting new clients and learning about their businesses, finding great satisfaction in helping organizations—from multi-tenant office buildings and corporate headquarters to medical facilities—maintain clean, safe, and professional environments that support their success. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him enjoying dinner with family and friends or out on the golf course. He lives by the belief that “Success is 1% talent and 99% refusing to give up when life gets difficult.”

Gilberto Ochoa Area Manager
Started working for Janitech in 1990, part-time, as a cleaner in a large office building. I was promoted to a supervisor position where I oversaw two buildings and a staff of roughly 25 people. After doing that for a number of years I was offered a management position. I had to make a decision if I was going to stay with my full-time job that I had for many years, or make the change to move to Janitech full-time. The company culture, clients, and employees made it an easy decision for me and I've never looked back.
Ronny Lizardo Area Manager
I started working for Janitech in 1989 as a part-time cleaner, quickly got promoted to building supervisor a one building which turned into multiple buildings in the same office park. After a few years of building relationships and resources I was promoted to a management position. Since then my responsibilities and geographical area has grown throughout MA & NH. I'm proud to have been working for Janitech for over 35 yearrs.
Kent Brown Project/Window Manager
I ran my own cleaning company and provided all aspects of cleaning services for over 35 years and worked with Janitech on a number of occasions. In 2023 I was approached by George Burke to see if there was any interest in joining Janitech to be part of a growing team. I learned what Janitech was about, services offered, and what opportunities lay ahead and I made the decision to join the Janitech team.
